I found Ms Haoula, very rude, abrupt and insensitive. Her people skills and her manner need addressing! I would not recommend her at all!

Ms Haoula did not listen to me. She was snappy, abrupt, uncaring, and rushed me through each of my two consultations. I wasn't allowed to take notes when I asked to, and she kept shutting me down every time I asked a question. She insisted that a full hysterectomy is the only way to treat my fibroids, and I wasn't given any other options. She also claims to be a Menopause specialist, yet she couldn't answer my questions about it, gave me false information about HRT and questioned whether I needed to be taking it when there are proven reasons for my doing so. I therefore asked to see a different gynaecologist who was much nicer, kinder, patient and sympathetic. The new one allowed me to ask all my questions and gave me full and helpful answers including printed information to take away with me. A totally different experience. Ms Haoula needs to improve her manner and brush up on her knowledge of menopause and HRT. She also needs to adhere to the rules on Patient Choice and Shared Decision Making, which she did not do in my case.

After having an option of full hysterectomy through the NHS, I went to see miss Haoula for her opinion. She carried out a laparoscopy and found a less dramatic solution to alleviate the symptoms of endometriosis and small cysts. She was very clear throughout pre and post op. I felt she was very knowledgable about her specialism and would highly recommend her.

I have now been under Ms Haoula’s care for the past 12 months. Each time I have seen her she has been extremely attentive, listening and understanding with a kind and compassionate manner. I was quite skeptical at first when she said she could help me, but with her help my health and well being is totally restored.. The difference is like night and day! I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her in a heartbeat! Ms Haoula thank you from the bottom of my heart.
